Australasian Consultancy
We offer a consultancy
service for clients in New Zealand and Australia from our North Canterbury base.
We provide informative lectures on crash investigation services to defence counsel and work with employers and employees carrying out initial internal workplace accident attendance and guide them to ensure vital information can be gathered at the time.
Longford Consulting works with many other companies to provide a range of business products and services aimed particularly at the transport industry. These include GPS Solutions, Industry Training, Health & Safety Systems, Finance and Insurance as well as transport industry association links.
Motor Vehicle Crash Investigation
Analysis
of the crash from scene inspection, vehicle inspection, and/or
photographic evidence, to enable the preparation of a detailed
crash analysis report.
Health & Safety Investigation
Working with companies to carry out their internal workplace Health & Safety investigations for accidents or near hit incidents.
Expert Court Testimony
Presentation of expert testimony in court matters based on knowledge training
and experience in the specialist field of crash investigation for
both Police and defence Counsel. (Experience also includes
expert testimony in relation to homicides and other serious crimes).
Crash Scene Mapping
Review
of forensic scene mapping data and reconstruction of the crash scene to evaluate the accuracy of disclosed information.
Crash Scene Modelling
Use of disclosed electronic map scene information to reconstruct the crash scene for further analysis, and to prepare additional scene maps for evidence in court.
Computer Aided Drawing
A computer aided drawing is prepared using 'Autosketch' software. This enables measurements and other scene data to be obtained for reconstruction and analysis of the crash.
General Investigations
Using experience and training gained from 16 years of police investigation work we also conduct general enquiry work.
